Peanut butter cups
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter cups:
Cream the first 4 ingredients together. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture to make dough. Shape into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2-inch muffin tins (or lined with papers). Don't spread dough in cups. Just sit ball in. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and immediately press in peanut butter cup in center until only top of peanut butter cup shows (one 10 ounce box cups). Let cool in tins 10 to 15 minutes, then remove.
