- milk - 1 c
- tub Cool Whip - 1 (8
- box chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- small box chocolate pudding instant - 1 item
- large container Ricotta cheese - 1 item
How to make italian love cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cake according to package directions and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.Mix Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer until smooth. Spoon over cake mix. Bake 1 hour until well done, but not overly dry. Let cool.
In a small bowl, mix pudding and milk until thick; fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake.
