Peanut butter cup cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• soda - 3/4 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• peanut butter - 1/2 c
• butter, soft - 1/2 c
• miniature peanut butter cups - 42 item

How to make peanut butter cup cookies:

Combine butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour, soda and salt. Cover dough and chill until firm (1 hour). Make into walnut size balls and place in greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 8 to 9 minutes. Press a peanut butter cup in each and let cool in pan.
