- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick oleo
How to make peanut butter cake:
Icing:1 stick oleo1/2 c. milk1/2 c. peanut butter1/2 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Bring to a boil oleo, water, oil and peanut butter. Take off heat and add flour, vanilla, sugar and milk. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes.Icing: Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil the oleo, milk and peanut butter. Then add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix by hand. Spread onto cake.
