Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make self-filled cupcakes:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Fill each greased cupcake cup 2/3 full. Cream together the cheese, salt, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in chocolate bits. Drop a tablespoon of this mixture on top of each cupcake. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cream mixture will be in the center of each cake.
