Peaches and cream cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- softened margarine - 3 Tbsp
- peach juice - 4 Tbsp
- small box vanilla pudding not instant - 1 item
- to 7 peaches, peeled and sliced fresh - 6 item
How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:
Slice peaches in bowl. Add 1/4 cup sugar and set aside. Mix the first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased deep 9-inch pie plate. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Place peaches on batter in pie plate. In separate bowl, mix for 2 minutes the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice. Spoon over batter within 1-inch of plate. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Peaches.
