  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • can strawberry or cherry pie filling - 1 oz

How to make strawberry cheesecake:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well. Spread on bottom of 9 x 9-inch baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and eggs. Mix well. Spread over crust mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and pour strawberry or cherry pie filling over top.
