Peaches and cream cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- can sliced peaches reserve juice - 1 oz
How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding; beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Drain peaches, place fruit slices on batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons of reserved peach juice; continue beating for 2 minutes until smooth. Spoon over fruit and batter. Stir together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Chill well before serving.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Peaches.
