- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
How to make peach upside-down cake:
Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and peaches evenly in pan. Arrange cherries in sugar mixture. Add enough water to peach syrup to make 1 1/3 cups liquid. Add this liquid and 2 eggs to the cake mix. Pour over fruit; bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Then turn upside down.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
