  • boxes instant lemon pudding - 2 item
  • container Cool Whip topping at room temperature - 1 (8

How to make lemon delight:

Mix flour and oleo until crumbly; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip together. Spread over cool crust. Mix instant pudding with cold milk until thick. Spread over cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate.
