Peach sauce
Ingredients/Components
- almond extract - 1/4 tsp
- whipping cream - 1 c
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- can cling peach slices - 1 lb
How to make peach sauce:
Drain peaches well; cut into pieces. Whip cream until slightly thickened; beat in egg yolk. Drizzle in honey; continue beating until thick and creamy. Fold in peaches and extract. Chill. Stir well before serving. Yields 1 quart.Recipe categories: Sweet sauces, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
