  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • egg yolk - 1 item

How to make spritz cookies:

Cream together the wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients and mix well. Do not chill. Place in cookie press. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350° oven. Makes about 100 to 125 cookies.
