Peach praline pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- brown sugar packed - 1 c
- tapioca - 2 tsp
- 3 lb - 4 c
How to make peach praline pie:
Combine peaches, sugar, tapioca and lemon juice in a large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.Combine flour, brown sugar and pecans in a small bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle 1/2 pecan mixture over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Cover with peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture over peaches. Bake pie at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes.
