- ginger - 1 tsp
- sticks cinnamon - 3 item
- pounds peaches - 8 item
How to make peach pickles:
Bring ginger, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon sticks and salt to a boil. Put peaches in until tender. Put peaches in jar and pour mixture over and seal.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
