Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- fruit
How to make peach (or apple) cobbler:
Cook fruit and sugar with a little water until tender. Pour fruit with syrup into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Sift dry ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with fork until crumbly. Spread over fruit. This will sink into dish. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
