flour sifted before measuring
baking powder - 3 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 3/4 c
shortening - 1/2 c
egg - 1 item
milk - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
brown sugar, packed
flour - 3 Tbsp
cinnamon - 3 tsp
butter, melted - 3 Tbsp

How to make coffee cake:

Streusel Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar, packed3 Tbsp. flour3 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. butter, melted Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Cut in shortening. Blend in well-beaten egg mixed with milk and vanilla. Beat just enough to mix well. Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with the streusel mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
