Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- mashed peaches - 1 c
How to make peach nut bread:
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven at 350°. Mix all ingredients. Beat on medium speed 1/2 minute. Pour mixture into pans and bake 55 to 65 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes before turning out to finish cooling.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Quick breads.
