Ingredients/Components
- tablespoons lemon juice - 4 item
- 1/2 cups sugar - 3 item
- pounds peaches - 3 item
- large oranges including rind - 2 item
How to make peach marmalade:
Wash, peel and slice peaches in quarters. Grate orange rinds. Peel oranges and cut into thin slices. Combine peaches, oranges, grated orange rinds, lemon juice and sugar in a large heavy pot. Boil mixture until syrup is thick and fruit is transparent, stirring frequently. Pour into sterilized jars.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
