- sugar - 6 lb
- peaches
- bottle cherries - 1 item
- grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
How to make peach marmalade:
Cook ripe peaches 10 minutes with 1/2 of the sugar. Add cherries, rind and orange juice, and remainder of sugar. Cook 20 minutes. Seal.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
