- sugar - 1 item
- peaches - 12 item
- orange, juice and chopped rind - 1 item
How to make peach marmalade:
Peel the peaches; remove seed. Mash to a pulp. Squeeze juice from orange; add to peach pulp. Put orange rind through food chopper. Add to peach pulp. Measure this pulp and add an equal amount of sugar. Cook slowly until the desired thickness is reached.
