Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- sliced peaches, fresh or frozen - 4 c
- Stir in peaches
How to make peach cobbler:
Cook cornstarch, nutmeg, brown sugar and water until thick. Stir in peaches. Pour in 9 x 9-inch pan.Topping:1 c. flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 c. butter or oleo1 egg2 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1/4 c. milk Mix and drop by spoonfuls on peaches. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
