- pkg - 1 oz
- butter, cut in 6 pieces - 6 Tbsp
- instant Espresso or coffee powder
- heavy cream - 3 Tbsp
How to make cappuccino truffles:
Cook on high until almost melted, stirring until smooth. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. With hands shape tablespoons into balls. Roll in chopped nuts, cocoa powder or powdered sugar. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Candy.
