Pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- frozen peas, drained uncooked - 1 pkg
- to 6 green onions, chopped - 5 item
- to 4 boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- to 4 stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- small jar pimentos, drained - 1 item
- small can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese optional - 1 item
How to make pea salad:
Dressing:1 c. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/3 c. sugar salt and pepper Parmesan cheese (optional) Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.Mix dressing and pour over salad. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
Toss and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
