Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • large marshmallows - 15 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • lime Jell-O
  • small bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • large bananas, sliced - 2 item
  • pecans, broken - 3/4 c
  • drained crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make russian salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in water; cut cheese into small pieces. Add marshmallows. Cook, but do not boil. Let cool. Add remainder of ingredients. Chill until set and serve.
