Payday bars

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• egg - 1 item
• oleo, softened - 1/4 c
• miniature marshmallows - 3 c
• oleo - 2 Tbsp
• Rice Krispies cereal - 2 c
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• white corn syrup - 2/3 c
• salted peanuts - 2 c

How to make payday bars:

Blend first three ingredients together well. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Spread marshmallows on top. Turn off oven and return pan to oven, until marshmallows are melted. Melt the 2 tablespoons oleo; add syrup, vanilla and peanut butter chips together. Add peanuts and cereal; mix well and spread evenly over marshmallows. Let set. Cut into bars.
