Paul bunyan burgers
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- oil - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, chopped - 1 item
- any other ingredient desired - 1 item
How to make paul bunyan burgers:
Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Divide mixture into 3 equal balls. Place a ball on a piece of waxed paper and flatten to make a 9-inch patty. On half of patty, place rest of ingredients desired, leaving 1-inch margin. When finished, use waxed paper to fold patty. Pull waxed paper away from patty and seal edges.
