Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • rolled cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • catsup or tomatoes - 1/2 c

How to make salisbury steak:

Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 tsp. garlic salt1 c. milk Mix the first 9 ingredients. Mold the mixture into a shallow baking dish (can be fairly thick). Place in oven at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brown.

Sauce: Make sauce and pour over the last few minutes of baking.
