Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- rolled cracker crumbs - 1 c
- Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup
- catsup or tomatoes - 1/2 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 tsp. garlic salt1 c. milk Mix the first 9 ingredients. Mold the mixture into a shallow baking dish (can be fairly thick). Place in oven at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brown.Sauce: Make sauce and pour over the last few minutes of baking.
