Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- broccoli florets - 1 c
- chopped canned tomatoes - 2 tomatoes,
- yellow squash, cut - 1/2 c
- carrots, cut - 1/2 c
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- low salt chicken broth - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- pasta, cooked - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
How to make pasta primavera:
In skillet, heat oil. Add broccoli, tomatoes, squash, carrots and garlic. Cook on medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes. Add broth, parsley and basil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook on low heat about 5 minutes. Add pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
