Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- basil - 1 tsp
- frozen peas, thawed - 1/4 c
- c - 1 oz
- cooked broccoli flowerets
- mostaccioli or ziti macaroni - 1/2 lb
- large tomatoes, peeled and chopped coarsely - 2 item
How to make pasta primavera:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli (which has been cooked 5 minutes), peas, dressing and basil. Add cheeses and macaroni; toss lightly and chill.
