  • oil - 1/3 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 6 Tbsp
  • pine nuts - 1 Tbsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • dried basil
  • or 2 garlic cloves - 1 item
  • spinach noodles - 8 oz
  • large bunch fresh parsley - 1 item

How to make pasta al pesto:

Grind the first 6 ingredients fine in blender. Add oil, small amount at a time, stirring to form thick sauce. Keep at room temperature. Cook noodles only until firm. Spoon pesto on noodles. Serves 4.
