Pasta al pesto
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 6 Tbsp
- pine nuts - 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dried basil
- or 2 garlic cloves - 1 item
- spinach noodles - 8 oz
- large bunch fresh parsley - 1 item
How to make pasta al pesto:
Grind the first 6 ingredients fine in blender. Add oil, small amount at a time, stirring to form thick sauce. Keep at room temperature. Cook noodles only until firm. Spoon pesto on noodles. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
