Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • broccoli - 1 c
  • diced tomatoes - 1 c
  • cans crescent rolls - 2 item
  • envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 item

How to make party casserole:

Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet and pinch edges to form one sheet. Bake at 350° or 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Spread over crust. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and chill. Cut in squares to serve.
