Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- garlic - 1 tsp
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- Broil
How to make parmesan meatballs:
Roll into 1-inch balls. Broil. Place over cooked egg noodles to serve. Can make sauce to pour over top.Sauce:1 c. sour cream1 can cream of mushroom soup Mix together and pour over top, if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Meatballs.
