- brown sugar - 1/2 3/4
- parsley - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- sauerkraut - 4 lb
- pork roast - 4 lb
- to 6 apples, peeled and sliced - 5 item
How to make pork roast:
Flour roast and brown in oil in pan. Drain sauerkraut. Wash in colander. Press to dry. Mix sauerkraut with apples, onion and parsley. Place half of mixture around pork. Sprinkle with portion of sugar. Place rest of sauerkraut mix around pork aRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
