- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- paprika, salt and black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- boneless skinless chicken breasts halves - 6 item
- Parkay spread stick, melted - 2 Tbsp
- dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
How to make parmesan chicken breasts:
Heat oven to 400°. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Dip chicken in spread; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
