Parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 6 item
- liquid margarine - 1 Tbsp
- plain no fat yogurt - 1/2 c
How to make parmesan chicken:
Coating:1/2 c. dry bread crumbs2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese1 Tbsp. liquid margarine Combine marinade and pour over chicken, coating each piece. Marinate, covered, 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.Combine coating ingredients in plastic bag. Drain chicken and coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a lightly oiled baking dish and chill 1 hour. Drizzle chicken with margarine and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
