Ingredients/Components

  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • soft bread crumbs - 2 c
  • chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned - 6 item
  • regular or Dijon mustard - 1/2 c

How to make parmesan chicken:

Combine cheese, bread crumbs and butter. Coat chicken breast with mustard, then dip in crumb mixture. Place breaded chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Makes 6 servings.
