- extra-virgin olive oil - 4 tsp
- fresh basil, minced - 1/4 c

- fat-free chicken broth - 1/4 c

How to make pan-seared cod with basil sauce:
Combine basil, cheese, broth, olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Set aside. Sprinkle pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt on fillets. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat.
