- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c

How to make oyster dressing:
Tear bread in pieces and place in greased baking pan. Combine eggs and milk, mixing well. Add egg mixture, onion, celery and seasoning to bread; mix well to evenly coat bread. Add enough broth to moisten bread thoroughly. Add oysters and mix well. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
