Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 2 item
How to make oven pancakes:
Heat oven to 400°. Melt margarine in pie plate in oven; brush the sides. Beat eggs slightly with whisk. Beat in remaining ingredients (do not overbeat). Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until puffy and deep golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar or mixed fruit.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, One Dish meal.
