Ingredients/Components
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1 item
- cup flour - 1/4 item
- tsp baking powder - 1/8 item
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- eggs beaten - 2 item
- Tbsp melted butter - 3 item
- raw potatoes, peeled - 6 item
How to make potato pancakes:
Cover potatoes with cold water for several hours. Remove 1/4 cup of potato water. Grate potatoes; add with remaining ingredients to 1/4 cup potato water. Bake in small cakes on a greased griddle. Turn and brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Side dish.
