Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg optional - 1 item
- vanilla optional - 1 item
- oleo or butter melted in 8-inch Teflon pan - 1/2 1/4
How to make oven pancakes:
Combine flour, eggs and dash of salt. Pour in skillet. Bake at 425° in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar, syrup or lemon juice. Makes 2 servings.Double for 4 servings and use 8 x 10-inch Pyrex pan.
