Cranberry holiday salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 6 oz
- hot water - 1 c
- orange juice - 2/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- can whole cranberry sauce - 16 oz
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 1/4
- Add crushed pineapple and orange juice
- pineapple or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make cranberry holiday salad:
Dissolve jello and cranberries in hot water (jello first, then berries). Add crushed pineapple and orange juice. Stir in nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 glass or plastic dish (not metal).
