How to make oven chicken and rice:

Heat oven to 375°. Combine rice-pasta mix, seasoning packet, water and soup in an 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish. Mix well with a wire whisk or fork. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
