Barbecued spareribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- lemon - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- dashes Tabasco sauce - 2 item
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Place ribs in shallow roasting pan meaty side up. Place a slice of unpeeled lemon and a thin slice of onion on each piece of meat. Roast in hot oven (450°) for 30 minutes with a little water on. Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and pour over ribs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
