Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 item
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- chicken livers - 1 item
- bacon - 1 item
- sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make rumaki:
Mix together oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Cut chicken livers in half and marinate in mixture for 4 hours. Drain. Wrap bacon around chicken liver and water chestnut. Secure with toothpick. Roll in brown sugar. Broil 10 minutes untRecipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
