Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs
- sour cream - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
How to make oven baked eggs:
Heat oven to 325°. Melt butter in baking dish. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in onion. Pour in baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch). Bake until eggs are set, but still moist (about 35 minutes).Serve with 1 pound Canadian bacon and 1/4 cup maple syrup, heated through in oven, while baking eggs.
A favorite to serve overnight guests.
