  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • large bananas, mashed - 3 item
  • + 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
  • white or yellow box cake mix - 1 item

How to make banana nut cake:

Beat in a large mixing bowl for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
