Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- Oreo cookies, crushed
- ice cream flavor optional - 1/2 gal
- to 2 bottles ice cream topping fudge or chocolate - 1 item
How to make oreo cookie cake:
In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish arrange crushed cookies. Spread softened ice cream over crushed cookies. Next pour topping over ice cream. Top with Cool Whip and pecans. Freeze until hard.
