Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- Oreos, crushed fine - 20 item
- whole Oreos, crumbled - 4 item
How to make oreo cheesecake:
You will also need a 9-inch spring-form pan.Preheat oven to 350°. Combine crushed crumbs and butter. Press mixture firmly in 9-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweet milk until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Toss in 4 crushed cookies. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool on rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 5 hours. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
