Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• vanilla - 1/4 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• milk - 3 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 12 oz
• margarine - 1/4 c
• Oreo cookies - 1 pkg

How to make oreo cheesecake:

Crush cookies and divide in half. Place half of the cookies in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside. In a large bowl, combine pudding, milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Combine the two mixtures, then stir in the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture over the cookies in the dish. Smooth and sprinkle the top with remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
